Canyon Gate Medical Group is happy to host the “Get Healthy, North Las Vegas!” health and wellness fair. Come visit the new location and meet the distinguished physicians in your area! All attendees will receive a voucher for a free flu vaccination to use at their first doctor’s appointment at Canyon Gate Medical Group! We will be offering local residents the following free services: • Vision and glaucoma screenings • Carpal tunnel screenings • Blood pressure checks • Glucose checks • Cholesterol checks • Foot screenings
